Mrs. Petrie Bunch has been in the business of Internet Development
for a variety of companies since 1996. Core Interactive has full video shooting,
editing and production services as well. Examples are listed at the company

Firms that have contracted to manage and conduct projects include mining, lenticular
printing, real estate, technical equipment, artists, galleries, writers, politicians,
educational institutions, and a variety of organizations. Linda develops multimedia
Internet teleconferencing shows and produces instructional film shorts for
the web. She is also involved in the production of promotional videos and documentary
films and has photographed and written a children's book called "A Snow Day For Hannah."
Mrs. Petrie Bunch has taught web site development, image manipulation/Photoshop, and Microsoft Office courses at the University of Denver, Colorado Institute of Art and the University of Colorado, Denver. She also teaches computer classes at corporations.
Working in a partnership with the University of Colorado, Denver, College of Engineering and Applied Science and a company called TeleMedia Applications as an instructional designer/project manager, Linda developed online engineering courses that can be delivered on CD ROM, through videoconferencing and on the Internet. She has also worked with Lucent Technologies developing instructional materials for distance learning.
In addition, Linda consulted with the State of Colorado's Division of Criminal Justice to map social risk factors on a GIS system for neighborhood policing efforts in the Denver Metro area, called the PACT project, Pulling America's Communities Together.
Linda's background includes a Master's Degree in Communication, many courses in video shooting and editing, extensive database and project management, teaching, and a wide variety of computer skills. In addition, she is an oil painter and has written two children's books.
Training and Curriculum Development:
Has taught at the University of Denver, Colorado Institute of Art and at the University of Colorado, Denver. Acted as an instructional designer to develop online engineering courses at the University of Colorado, Denver. Developed curriculum for technical training related to pay levels in a 10,000 employee organization. Taught computer seminars for 250 computer users. Worked with professors to create on-line upper-level distance education courses. Won a grant to develop on-line distance learning courses for K-12 students. Programmed computerized lessons for teachers to implement total quality concepts to make curriculum decisions. Assisted with curriculum development and counseled students for a computer management masters degree. Developed leadership seminars for community leadership and orientation programs. Implemented business to classroom speakers bureau and student mentoring program. Participated with the curriculum design of a ski industry training associate degree. Created a college level alternative free school.
Technical Project Management:
Manages video and Internet projects for a variety of companies. Analyzed and designed mainframe information systems for enrollment, immunization, special education, and demographic data in an 84,000 student public school district. Installed and maintained a demographic mapping and planning system. Implemented a CD-ROM imaging system including consultant study, vendor review, design and installation. Designed a telephone financial system for departmental and student billing. Developed an FTE reimbursement and information system for ski industry staff, student, and course information. Won a research grant to explore teacher needs regarding student information and making decisions based on data. Conducted analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of computer systems to meet government reporting specifications.
Manages video production, programmers and Internet developers. Directed ten staff members to complete a variety of projects for the largest school district in Colorado. Streamlined data collection methods affecting 2,000 employees and resulting in receipt of over $350 million in annual educational funding. Reduced audit losses by over $1.5 million a year. Generated projection reports that prompted the passage of a $325 million bond issue to build 21 schools. Negotiated with the Colorado Department of Education to reduce reporting requirements. Created job descriptions, implemented position upgrades, and developed a cooperative working team using management style of facilitation, delegation, coaching, trust, and cooperation. Directed a business and education partnership office and coordinated volunteers for the Jefferson Foundation. Managed a corporate magazine publication, including writing, editing, design layout, and printing. Completed masters degree in communication, emphasizing management, marketing and public relations strategies.
Assisted with the expansion of Total Quality Management concepts in an educational environment. Restructured a community leadership alumni group into a viable organization. Participated in the development and implementation of the school district technology plan. Created a business and education partnership office to promote successful alliances with the community. Gave public presentations regarding school capacity. Consulted with staff and the community regarding school boundary revisions. Established the Colorado Leadership Collaborative to provide classes about collaborative community strategies. Worked on numerous boards and committees in leadership roles.
