We provide the highest qulity, most efficient research experience of any Site Management Organization (SMO) or Independent Site Network (ISN) in the world. By maintaining a report with Clinical Sites and the community, we can easily provide the Accountability, Deliverability and Attributability that society and the Research Industry require.

Due to the economic situation in some of our communities, we serve many patients who are unable to obtain health insurance and as a result of these circumstances. Clinical Trials have become a welcome addition to many Physicians and Patients in the community.

ORSI provides the Infrastructure for physicians within their medical practice to conduct clinical research trials for the pharmaceutical, biotech and device industry. We provide complete site management which includes:

• Locating the right study for Investigators to conduct
• Handling all contract negotiations
• Preparing materials for advertising
• Recruiting, screening and enrolling study participants
• Chart reviews by Registered Nurses to help identify subjects which meet criteria for study entry
• Preparing Patient Consent Forms
• Coordinating all clinical procedures
• Retrieving and completing all data
• Performing electronic data capture for studies that require it
• Compiling and completing Case Report Forms
• Completing and submitting all study documentation to Sponsor or Regulatory Agency
• Performing appropriate reporting procedures and follow up on SAE’s
• Relieving budget burdens

We have a bilingual staff and can conduct trials in both English and Spanish.
