Michael J. Katz, is the President and CEO of Franchisee Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Katz is a licensed and practicing lawyer in the State of Colorado. His practice, which is now in its 27th year, is limited to providing services to the franchise community.

He has been general counsel for an international franchisor, has developed franchise systems from the ground floor (including the development of uniform franchise offering circulars and operations manuals), and has helped

hundreds of prospective business purchasers make an informed decision about the myriad franchise opportunities that are in the market place.
